Well hanibal! it is only the responsibility of govt to effectivly handle this situation. and this situation is not a earthquake it is man made itself and when a man made disaster comes then definitly the responsible persons must be taken to task either they are govt officials or taliban. and when in man made disasters u say that one doesnt know what would have been a response to that large extent in case of migration then this is irresponsibility of govt who do not deserve their seats and must resign from their posts.
Every country has the potential to deal with man made stupid disasters and if someone says no then he is the biggest fool and ignorant person because he doesnt know in which conditions the misery arives on poor ppl.
No proper plans were made just their was a lame excuse of taliban, army attacked, ppl migrated to large extent, govt asked for aid to their masters and terrorist super powers which govt will have put into their own bank balances and the poor ppl keep on dying.

U r right!!! we should be shamed for our irresponsible approach, putting every thing on govt. and waiting for a Massiah, who'll come and solve all the problem without bothering us. That's the attitude we are advocating for...
Our prime task is to highlight the negativity of the situation and thats it, there is nothing else we should be doing in order to help others.. its govt who is responsible for all the mess... and the very same govt which we have voted for, and if we have not voted for any govt, it is even worse... we accept others to do our job ( by voting in the right people) or we do not consider anyone good enough to do the job niether we support anyone who is good... but yes, when it comes to critcism, we are on the top and shout as loud as possible, making everyone but overselves, responsible for the problem...
We should be shamed of our-selves that we are sitting under air-conditioner/fans and watching these innocents dying with dieases and hunger.. may they be at any refugee camp or in our neighbour, our only duty is to blame govt for the mess...
Which govt in the recent history has to deal with 2.5 million refugees, even UNO is saying that this is something which happend sixty year back.. but yes our govt is responsible for not providing any shelter at all and these refugees are there without any thing at all, and all they have had is MAN.O.SALWA.
as a matter of fact, if look down to ourselves, and ask that what is there we have ever done for the country, what contribution is there of ours in the building of the nation the answer might be that, we were prominent in destroying govt assets as we lack any positive way of protest, we burn the transport facility to show our anger and very next day we cry for the shortage of the transportation and blame govt. for not doing enough, it is us who are directly responsible for the price-hike in the recent years, yes it is we you have made 200-300% profits over the commodities and yet we blame govt. causse govt is not going to turn back show us a mirror which our other brother may do..
