I please want to know the Islamic point of view on this one. As a DIL, what is expected of me Islamically to serve to my inlaws, and what is it that they have the right to expect from me. If anyone can please put some authentic info on this one.. Also, if your husband should threaten to leave you cuz of his mother or so, is that Islamically ok? Since Islam has obv stressed on the imp of a mother in a person’s life, she comes first.. and the wife comes next? Or the man’s siblings come next and then the wife? Please put some light on this..
