Initial Selection goes hi-tec with 114 PMA Long Course

The ads for the recruitment of cadets for the 114 PMA Long Course (winter course begining in Nov) appeared in the media 2 weeks ago. it was nice to find out that the initial written selection exams and tests that included the IQ, academic and general aptitude tests etc will from now on be computer based tests conducted with the help of NADRA. all other tests i.e. medical, interviews physical etc will of course be held at the ASRC as always and those succesful will be called to the ISSB.

(Haroon Khalid if youre around nows the time to apply.
anyone else going for the best profession?
i think the selction is going to be even more tough from now on than before as the size of the force is going to be controlled now.
best luck! )

i think its a good thing theyre modernizing the forces’ office procedures etc bit by bit and the SOPs are being updated accordiong to modern trends in all forces. what do you guys think? other civil govt institution should follow the example and step out from the ancient hassling ways.
