Pina colada is an awesome drink when it comes to pineapple drinks , really refreshing as well

My mom makes yummy pineapple burfi. Like the recipe below, but she adds *khoya *too.

Pineapple upside down cake…use it in sweet and sour chicken…sometimes in salads as the juicy portion…kinda like when u use mandatin oranges or grapefruit. Ummm…breakfast topping…ice cream topping…my son loves eating a couple slices plain lol.

Really? Never seen it , how do you include it, in chunks or juice? and at what stage of the the zarda making do we put the pineapple in?

I only recall using it in homemade pina colada that I made years ago and turned out great…but I don’t recall how I made it. My dad had brought this ethnic coconut cream mix that I used. Apart from that, haven’t really used pineapple.

CB, pineapple milkshake with some dessicated coconut= pina colada 
-pineapple sauce to go over crispy chicken fillet
-in some salads(chunks in salads and the juice used in dressing)
-on pizza
-pina colada
-pineapple mousse
-garnishing on desserts

Pineapple upside down cake is great.
I eat pineapple plain. It’s amazingly refreshing.
You can also add some sugar and mint to it
