Olives in salad, by themselves, with hummus, on pizza, etc.
When we lived in ksa…my dad would often get a zatar sandwich for breakfast on the weekends. It was basically freshly baked bread with zatar…rolled up with tomatoes, olives, and mint leaves. So yummy.

In pasta salads (especially orzo!)…kalamata olives along with fresh torn basil, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes and a lemon vinaigrette…so yummy!!
