Dear All,

It amazes me how each and everyone of us can brilliantly use the same ingredient in a 1000 different ways … … so I thought of exploring it further.

Each week we will have a certain spice/herb/fruit/vege …please tell us how and why you use the ingredient of the week in day to day life.

When ever I hear this word Keema… All kind of kabab comes into my mind :e6:

I made Kababs with keema

Pasta…

Keema paratha…

Keema Samose and rolls

Oh, I don't cook - I eat :D.

The recipe is my sister's - let's see if I can get it from her...

I can give you the recipe for manicotti - that's one of my few signature dishes.

pasta,pizza,kebabs,samosay,stuffed capsium.,salans.

ughhh i remember sloppy joes from grade school....with the beans and all.. and those cheap kaiser rolls...ew.

Oh,I love qeema....it's so versatile.

achari,bhoona,shami kebabs,pulao,parathas,kofte,patties,....but my fave is my phuppos qeema with hari mirch,and phulke.Lord,my mouth is watering.

In Ramzan,Ammi always made keema and paratha for sehri....so do I .

Keema chawal is my hubby's favorite meal :D

I want to learn to make those parties with keema. Yummy.

i love qeema (or keema for you ppl with bad pronunciation)
qeema mattar, qeeema mirch, kharay masalay ka qeema
share recipes please.

charmed one, same for us, qeema for sehri yummie

oh and my mum makes chicken qeema stuff too since her and my dad are on reduced red meat stuff. tastes wonderful

I love qeema with roti , with paratha , with poori , with rices , with pasta …list can go on.

my mom makes a baked dish of qeema called mosaka , it’s layered with fried potatoes in the bottom with qeema on top (qeema is mixed with some sauce) and on very top is a layer of cheddar cheese …yummy :phati:

and with left over qeema I make omelettes for break fast and I add a little bit of shredded cheese in it. it’s always turns out amazing :slight_smile:
