Achar Ghost main (filled with masala)
for taRka in most of the saalan
Mirch ka achaar
in omelette
pakoRay (with baRi size wali mirch)
in raita
In biryani to make it more spicy

Jalapeño poppers - made them only once, very time consuming but SO good. Love this stuff.
Also have used them saag and salsa.
