Bell peppers are a staple at our house. We use them in almost everything …omelets, pizza, chow mein, eggrolls, qeema salan, chicken jalfrezi, fajitas, and panini sandwiches…

I make them in Salan with keema, chicken or meat. I think they are so tasty in Salan, I make them once a week in any of the above.
I also use them in chicken stirfrys

Vegetable skewers/ kebabs
And my favourite is stuffed peppers, I stuff them with mushrooms, onions and any other veg I think is nice n top off with cheese and bake in the oven. Sometimes I stuff with keema n cheese.
