Job Description Need experienced resource to maintain compliance with IT controls in support of SAS 70 audits and Credit Card Association requirements. This resource would also support IT process improvement efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the Project Management Office, the successful candidate will:
Maintain documentation of controls (policies, procedures, etc.)
Review and revise controls to meet regulatory requirements for payment processing.
Develop and execute an internal IT audit plan to assure compliance prior to formal SAS 70 audits.
Participate as primary liaison with external auditors during formal SAS 70 audits.
Report and track exceptions detected during audits.
Assist in the continuous improvement of processes, particularly the Software Process Lifecycle (SPLC).
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in performing AICPA SAS 70 Type II audits.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT auditing; Big Four experience a plus.
Understanding of IT control frameworks, such as COSO, COBIT, and ISO17799.
In-depth familiarity with industry accepted standards (e.g., AICPA, ISACA).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self starter and capable of working independently.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Understanding of Credit Card Association requirements, such as MasterCard SDP, Visa CISP, Discover DISC, and American Express DSOP.
CISA, CISM, CPA, CIA and/or CISSP certification.
Regulatory compliance experience, such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
Participation in a Software Process Lifecycle (SPLC)
Familiarity with the SEI’s Capability Maturity Model (CMM or CMMi) and SQA audits.
