online Montessori certification is not recognized by AMS or AMI

yes... find a training center that is certified by AMS. What state are you in?

I am taking my training from Midwest Montessori Training Center in Chicago. There are quite a few training centers in Chicago, this one has quite a good reputation and the certification is credited towards a masters program. Oh and the cost is pretty okay compared to some other schools.

if you are doing your internship as an assistant, it will be 1 year. I am doing it as a lead teacher so mine is for 2 years.

i am only planning that why i need info, as i have 3 kids not able to go school everyday .
