Can you plz provide the following info on Pakistani-American community and any other info which would be useful for a economic performance evaluation of the community.
Number of Pakistani Americans?
I have read as small as 204,000 (I think that was on census 2000 info page) and as high as 1.5 million!
average income?
Ethnic grouping income rank?
I’ve read/heard PA community is 3rd behind Indian-US and Japanese US communities-is that true?
Standing in university attendance info, as a %-I’ve heard 4th or 5th-clarification of that plz?

Do you think being Pakistani make one EXPERT on Pakistan & all its aspect.
Judging by the posts here ,iam sure all the chowkie would like those ANSWERS that you are looking for .
If there isnt a state govt estimate or census fugure ,the only authentic body of such informations ,i dont think there is answer to your question.
Of course there would be many who will risk giving there opions on how many they think but i wouldnt bet my life on it .
When you compare as 4th or 5th what does that nmean ..i dont think anybody thinks of Pakistanis as a major group & no more than buried among the 5-6 million estimated muslims from over dozen countries where muslims reside .
I apprecaite it is a near impossible task-but you only had to say nothing if you had no answers for me. i am just interested in how other pakistani communities are doing bar the Uk-Pakistanis.
I am in the Uk brother, and sadly Pakistani community in general is not doing that well-but I heard in the US its far more successful in general. I just wanted to find out if that was true-so I asked Pakistani ppl here who are in America-no answers from them.

Well, the community link I gave to you, basically about Pakistanis living in North America(United States and Canada). I have no such knowledge about PAANA association with Pakistani Communities in UK.
