Salaam and good Evening, I am new Here and read many interesting posting on forum which urged me to sign up and ask you guys for little help. I am actually Starting new Business of Import Export, currently I am importing 2600 mAh charges from China Price each $2 and quantity is 2000 Pieces in 12 Cartons with each 22 KG weight.
I asked a company to send me information regarding Custom and other related things but they sent me this estimated charges list.

I knew about custom only and on FBR website it says Govt charges only 10% on each piece of mobile chargers so it means i will have to pay 34000 PKR as Custom for 2000 pieces. But this list is bit confusing. Kindly help me out and please tell me what are actual charges I’ll be paying to Govt and one more thing. Is Custom and Duty same or two different things??
