Infant dancinggg

Re: Infant dancinggg

No no, please keep posting. that will give me the room to post in ladies lingerie threads.

Re: Infant dancinggg

My toddler loves dancing! To nursery rhymes and what not, it's so cute and expressive , I'm
Sorry but how are kids gonna grow in confidence if you don't let them express themselves ! That's just too extreme, I can imagine if she was older, doing it provocatively in front of strangers but she's a kid!!!!!

Re: Infant dancinggg

 don’t be using me as bait for your urge to post in those threads.

Re: Infant dancinggg

Kids music and nursery rhymes are fine! I'd stop at Bollywood n pop music etc..

Re: Infant dancinggg

Nadz: let your husband know that you cant understand infant language but he can try that and learn infant language and then communicate his concern in a way toddler could understand.

problem solved. :chai:

Re: Infant dancinggg

Tell him to chill out, gawsh!!

Infant dancinggg

No to Infants/Toddlers dancing to bollywood songs:nono: i hate kids who do that..yes nursery rhymes r good but bollywood music a big no IMO

Re: Infant dancinggg

a 20 month old cant tell a diff between a rhyme and a song. can we please give her a break :frowning:

Re: Infant dancinggg

I think this is the cutest thing ever.

Yes by not listening to cheesy bollywood songs ourself:halo:
I hate it when my 7months old cousin enjoys stupid bollywood songs like anarkali something..no one is blaming the kids ofcourse..but its the parents’ fault:mad:
Oh its annoyin when u ask a kid ‘whats your name?’ and they say ‘my name is sheela’ so if u dont stop now they will know the difference when they grow up a bit..
Explaining them the religious point of view is just useless since they wont understand yet..better correct yourself instead

My cousin’s daughtr gave the sheela answer she is 2.5 i guess..but shes been listening all this since she was a baby:pullhair:

Re: Infant dancinggg

OBV, he says to us to not put the music on, hes ok at times, but once its too much he gets angry and says we should give her a good environment from the onset, not wait til shes 5 or whatever. and yes he does read namaz infront of her and she copies him.

Re: Infant dancinggg

you're admitting that it gets too much......then he is not wrong to become angry.....

remember that if you plan on restricting this activity later on then don't let it "get too much" now.....she is young now but eventually she will start seeing your changes as hypocrisy and that will lead to other issues....

Re: Infant dancinggg

I'd be peeved if my child got into Bollywood music at a young age and wanted to
Watch the vids! Saying that I don't watch them , we don't have the desi channels and no music channels etc, yet i bet when he goes to school
He will be exposed to all sorts...! As long as I can control the material at home then im happy!
