how to counter actual it?
here some useful and workable ideas.
keep one note book, and one calendar.
prioritize work, studies, financial and personal life appointments.
keep all important documents such as paper self such as DL, passport, citizen ID card, degrees and receipts, letters, and contacts handy in an organizer.
avoid delays.
avoid clutter and stacking or piling of papers. discard hat you dont need as soon as you have read it or decide that you dont need it.
buy only what you need and in quantity that you can use in reasonable time frame.
keep your home clean and tidy.
have indoor plants to refresh your self.
limit the time on screen of tv or computer.
divide your work day into time slots of work, studies, social interaction, & work around the home. finally self care and then ibaadat.

since inertia is highest when you're moving at the speed of light it follows that if your NOT moving at the speed of light you have the minimum inertia. which means that you should basically be as dormant as you can to avoid the chance of accidentally moving at the speed of light and increasing your inertia
