I remember an incident (offtopic)
Hussain Ali sahib (marhoom) very senior foreman at the siemens plant in karachi. I was installing a 50Ton overhead crane with him. When the crane was placed on the I-Beam , it somehow started to roll forward … now you can imagine a huge monster deciding to take a walk on its own with nothing to stop it. The stoppers were still not installed.
Hussain Ali sahib panicked and started talking to the crane "Oye rukoooo - STOPPP STOPPPPPP and he even made those PuchHHhhh PuchhHHh sounds you make to stop a horse
One of the maintenance workers’ present mindedness saved the day :k:

PRICELESS! it bypassed my jackass-ness last month after we officially got ‘height-trained’ ..
so next fire incident, we were called in, ready to go up there and put out fire, proper gear and everything, and as we are done, my partner in crime, starts joking about something and pissing me off..
eventually, i am like, errr shuttup man, we gotta climb down 90+ feet, FOCUS on that.. and he’s still being a jackass.. so i am like fine .. making sure he’s hooked to his safety lanyard, i threw away my hammer at the i-beam he was gripping on to slide down,
with BIG bang (u know how i-beams make a shaking nose and shudder), saahabzaaday ka moonh band, and his hands decided to let go of the safety ladder..
i am sure uski phati thee theek thaak, cuz safety lanyard let him freefall 3 feet, then safety kicked in, and blew away his spring-attachment, and within 4th feet he was hanging in mid-air, crying

Thats nothing, i was in our warehouse and the forklift guys were doing donuts, it looked like fun so i decided to give it a try, it was a propane fork lift, and after 5 donuts the forklift was on its side, 
first and last time on a fork lift.
had to use another fork lift to stand this one up. did make tire marks onthe floor

yeah.. donuts are fun .. propane ones are scary man . . . i love the electric 'crown' the new ones are AWESOME!
its EVEN fun if floor is wet (and no structures around) u can turn and skid on reverse tires, bottom comes out.. i saw this few years back and reported it .. cuz guy saw the water in way , and didnt slowed down..
