Assuming you have genuine concern you can see what i wrote (that was not rude) but you dont see what you wrote or the way you arrived at the conclusion about us the person comments you were referring to have not even proved herself..

reason i dont think i was rude to you because my reply to you was straight talk and not rude and rude can be defined:

  • ill-mannered: socially incorrect in behavior; "resentment flared at such an unmannered intrusion"
  • ill-bred: (of persons) lacking in refinement or grace
  • uncivil:

and it is not necessary i should always behave like a business owner because here i am user like you as well.

In this very thread there were other concerns and complaints about us but i never questioned them because they were genuine or they proved they were .

as for not buying from us that is your right, you can buy, refer whomsoever you like...

Probably you mean prices in GBPounds, that is because due to our recent adjustment to US$ to GBPound conversion rate.
we missed updating it on home page because it is done there manually, i would get it fixed tomorrow inshAllah.
right price is one you see on product page.
products starting with DI are copies rest are our own designs including one starting with NAZ and these would be same as in image.

as for other magazine copies i would PM you few images for you to get an idea about the difference and other things.

I purchased an outfit recently from indusmart.com and received it last week. The stitching and fabric was good, however, I had some issues with the kaam not being what I expected and Junaid has been wonderful in working with me to get it resolved. He offered to cover shipping the outfit back to Pakistan and redo it to my taste.

I do suggest that before ordering, you may want to request closeup shots of the outfit's kaam to make sure it will be what you think it is.

So far, I am satisfied with level of customer service.

I wanted to write this before but got distracted somehow … so now ..

I think that m.begum should not critize if a owner of a certion site is looking around in the internet (for feedback, or customers whatever!) I think its great that we can directly talk with the source about our concerns and we know that the person will not dissapear as that Hira culprit did after getting the money and not sending the purchased good, and that he (junaid bhai )tries to sort out disbutes and makes the customers satisfactory and most important gives them what they are lookig for.

I think we should give junaid bhai tumbs up for what he is doing here :k: :k: :k:
and that he stay here as long as there is demand for his service!!

Yesterday the first time I looked around his site and I really like the layout and the ordering section, it looks professional and I am happy to see a pakistani site doing such good service. Its pathatic that we attack our own hardworking ppl and let their business ruin and those no good designers (HH or Hira) are running away with the customers money and dont even bother to reply back and that we would throw out our hard money with such culprits and not give appreciation to the ones who really deserve it.

Just my 2 cents.

I have not seen Junaid be rude in any of his posts so i dont know where tht rubbish came from nor is he a Mod....

It's soo blatent that soo many nicks on this thread are multi nicks, I remember catcat said the same thing about indusmart and how they messed up her outfit, yet she didnt come with any order number, and continued to bash indusmart, in the end we found out she was Hira from fashion veer........

Another funny thing is how she didnt care enoght to go through this "Hummy" persons post carefully and asked her to sign a petition. Either this person is too furious or too confused.
