there should be a time frame, 2-3 years is complete rubbish, she cauld of just put load of weight on and the suit dont fit, now madam needs a refund naaaaaaaaa I dont thnk so!
you know why i agree it aint because i am threatened as we had many customers here who complained but they proved they were and it was fine we rectified the problem and everything was fine.
BUT HE/SHE is not and i am sure about it that is why i wrote this and lets see if she can identify herself and she has an incentive for hard work to find the proof of purchase.
we have dealt with many customer and we know who has actually bought and who is just writing out of some frustration not related to being a customer.
so nothing is going out of our pockets anyways...
reason i wrote "send her money anyway" was because for three years old transaction it would be harder to issue refund to the card.
