Yes with the help of medicine for someone who wants to breast feed their adopted child.

Its really tough - but can be done apparently. The side affect of domperidone is lactation, and is sometimes prescribed to mothers in the UK, that have low supply. Fenugreek tablets/supplements are supposed to help too.
