In customer service we teach phrases like,

• I am sorry you feel that way.
• You are entitled to your opinion and I am not sure if anything I do will change your opinion
• Can you please not say things like these, you are making me uncomfortable.

Urdu versions of these please. I’d like to be prepared too.
