Some foods can cause wierd kind of indigestion .. when that happens , what totka’s do you use to cure yourself?

the more i read your post, the more i feel you mean "diarrhea" when you say "weird indigestion". is this true, CB pal? in this case, i'd recommend the BRAT diet (banana, rice, apple sauce, toast), and some yogurt with live cultures to repopulate your achy large intestines.

Me too never had any kind of issue after eating anything.
I have lakar hazam , pathar hazam kind of digestive system. Alhumdulillah.

or take half glass cold water add a little milk cold and drink slowly helps me alot.

Elders totka .. dont eat anything for a good few hours ... try to drink enough water ... and when you are ready to eat .. eat something as simple as boiled rice with sugar or khichri ..

on a more serious note, i don't eat much...i do have 6 meals a day but thats another story! :D**

Unfortunately I get this a lot- indigestion that is :(. It's kind of a family thing because my parents get it too especially when we eat red chillies, spicy food or too much fried stuff
Over the years we have come up with a few a tried and tested solutions:
Bio yogurt is really good- better than milk
Crackers- like Jacobs crackers- they seem to soak up the acid
dry toast works the same too
and if all else fails...Gaviscon always does the trick :D
