actually no. rabbits are famous for their fast breeding, india's population growth rate is less than 2, pakistan's is close to 3.

in any case, i dont see how a war with pakistan is going to a birth control measure, unless the pak army has plans to vasectomize their PoWs.

what do i mean? india's population growth rate is 1.68% per annum, and on an average, 3.18 children are born to an indian woman. in pakistan, the growth rate is 2.18% and on an average a woman has 4.73 kids. sorry about the earlier figures.

all i mean to say is that the indian population isnt growing all that rapidly compared to several other countries, hence to compare indians with rabbits would not be all that appropriate.
