there are evidences that this extremely popular mla was having some kind of love affair cum sexual exploitation cum love hate relationship and use of sex and to get work done at govt level.

The woman, who commited the crime was being sexually harrased by the MLA and his goons for quite some time, according to the Indian media. I'm not surprised that a desperate woman had to go to extreme lengths to get justice.
