In 1911 Sindh and the entire Pakistan was part of India so Sindh is part of Indian national anthem.

Excuse me, but there was no Sindh in 1911....it was part of the Bombay Presidency. If I recall Jinnah in his 14 points of 1929 called for the separation of Sindh from the Bombay presidency a point that didn't go down too well with the so called sympathizers of Sindh who now sit across the border.
india has designs on sindh and hence has sindhi as a national language? good one there. any clue how many sindhis had to migrate to india? why do you think all the mohajirs went straight to camp at karachi and hyderabad, and not to lahore or peshawar?
your post is outstanding proof yet again to the fact that even for a pep-talk for pakistanis, the only thing that holds value is india-bashing - with or (mostly) without reason.

Excuse the people that you refer to as Mohajir are also settled in significant numbers in places such as Peshawar, Bannu, (in NWFP/Pukhtunkhwa) Lahore, Gujranwala and Layyah (in Punjab). No they are not from East Punjab.
Bombay Presidency included entire Maharashtra, Gujarat and parts of Sindh and parts of Karnataka too.

History books and Sindh associated websites seem to imply that all of Sindh was part of the Bombay presidency...care to elaborate on which parts of sindh were not part of the Bombay Presidency?

Who told you that migrated Muslims of India settled only in Karachi and Hyderabad, not in Lahore or Peshawar?

The history there is a little different or are you forgetting the Mexican wars????

I know but If tehre can be a New Mexico and Mexico, why cant there be a West Bengal and Bangladesh ?

I believe it had something to do with an idea that Jute would propel thier economy forward....when it turned sour less than 4 years later certain patriotic elements who fought in the "liberation" war....killed thier leader along with his entire family.....

Perhaps you could be more truthful here and should have spoken the fact instead of your regular BAKWAS.

And your point is ???? Are you suggesting that Ravindra Nath Tagore wrote 'Jana Gana Mana..' after sindh was created ??

Queer Mian,
Sindhi being a national language was ONE of the things. How about India being the prime benefactor of World Sindhi Congress, a grade A separatist organization. Arms being supplied to Jeay Sindh terrorists and lets not forget the hero's welcome for GM Syed. You said that India has designs on just Sindh, I say India has designs over ALL of Pakistan. Yes, I am quite aware of the Sindhi migration to India, but get real, no province = no language. The fact that theres a East Punjab and West Bengal may give cover to making those languages official but sorry theres ONE and only ONE Sindh. As for the Muhajirs, they settled in where ever they pleased, the fact that Karach was ONE of the focal points was because it was the capital of Pakistan at the time, and the ICS (Indian Civil Service) Muslims were largely from what became India. it was only natural for them to gravitate to a city where civil and government jobs were available.

Say what you will but no denying the truth..Indians would sleep (safer) and sounder if there was no Pakistan. You see Pakistan has become a bogeyman, with Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh impotent, China giving a beating who else but Pakistan can you all dream of competeing against? Not withstanding population disparaities, you Indians believe that your prowess is greater...however look at the two countries and tell me if a fair comparison can be made? I have been following the developments in South Asia for a considerable period of time and I am saying something that you Indians KNOW is true and what many Pakistanis fail to admit. We know your playbook after all Chanakya was a Pakistani :)
Does any one know which assembly in Pakistan have passed Lahore resulation, and who presented this resulation in this assembly? Any one who post right ans I will pay him USD 10. Post your addresse too.

When the aid agencies are offering porridge you'd better get your share bhookay AND THEN reply. Your analogy would work perhaps if New Mexico was an independant country...read up on the Mexican wars.

Oooh lookie Asif_k learned a new word today "BAKWAS" wow! Now if you can only stop dribbling we will give you some Dalia bhookay....so what am I lying about? The Jute? (Go read Shiekh sahib's speeches) or the fact that he along with his family except for Shiekh Hasina of course who was in India at the time was murdered by the "liberation fighters"?

What I was TRYING to point to was your standard hypocricy....so Tagore wrote about sindh in "Jana Jana whatever" but at the same time you guys were against the separation of Sindh from the Bombay presidency.
BTW I do believe that Tagore was born sometime after the arabs designated a certain area as Sindh.
