why do they need training and that too from a Pak military academy that has produced only surrenderers so far? Didn’t the Indians kick royally multi-billion dollar worth asses of Pak army generals in every single war? It should be other way round, Pakistan should send its soldiers to India where they will not only get a far better military training than what they do get in Pakistan but in India they will also be taught how to become a true soldier, not a soldier-cum-politican who intrigues against his own country and people. What do you say e33or?

The Pak army soldier is good, but the Generals have become the new Elite class, rich, fat & currupt. This is Bad.
I am sure the fighting capabilities of the Pak army as a whole will suffer due to this..

good and bad are there everywhere. It is just that in india power of military is filtered/limited and their role is clearly defined by the "law"...and somehow outsiders/external agencies didn't have much influence on india's internal policies. Even KGB/soviets didn't try to influence india's internal policies even though india was democratic and russia was communist and inspite of the closeness between the two. they should never have come together in the first place let alone influencing. But for pakistan, it's military was under the influence of external agencies. The strange thing is, inspite of pakistan being close to a powerful democratic country, politically never really became democratic and whereas india, inspite of it being close to a powerful communist country, never really became a communist country politically.
