Pakistani fans lost much of respect in my book when they hooted Pakistani players and cheered India. It’s one thing to cheer the opposition but quite another to call our own players “aloo” and “vaat lag gayee”, etc etc. Especially after Inzi played such a crucial knock in the Karachi ODI but he didn’t seem to be getting much respect. It’s quite fine to cheer for the Indians and make them feel welcome, but not at our own players’ expense.

Well…that part I was not aware of.
