^^If the answer is so obvious, then why is death prescribed for people who convert from some of the religions. If there was mass conversion from hinduism for a long time, would India have been a country where the majority of the people were non-hindu. Hinduism is a very resilient religion and one of the greatness of hinduism is that it is adaptable to change...

Hinduism is not a missionary or mercinary religion. Hinduism is the only relgion which believes that there are other ways to attain salvation or find God.:)
