Indian troops martyr innocent youth in Kashmiri

Perhaps he is expecting India police to act like Pakistani police .... 20 people have been killed in Karachi in last 3 days of violence !!! ...... now they are calling the rangers to control the "terorrists". What a shame !!

Not so fast ----- there is a big difference between Shabir Choudhry and Dr Shabir Choudhry!
I DON’T EVEN KNOW IF I CAN HAVE A HEALTHY DISCUSSION WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE NEGATED YOUR OWN EX PRIME MINISTER!

Nehru’s telegram to Liaqat Ali Khan On 27 October 1947, the day the Indian army officially intervened in Kashmir.

Jawaharlal Nehru sent the following telegram to Liaqat Ali Khan, the Prime
Minister of Pakistan:

“I should like to make it clear that the question of aiding Kashmir in this emergency is not designed in any way to influence the State to accede to India. Our view which we have repeatedly made public is that the question of accession in any disputed territory or State must be decided in accordance
with the wishes of people and we adhere to this view”

Re: Indian troops martyr innocent youth in Kashmiri

^^^^logic doesn't work here. Just leave it as it is.

**Nehru’s reiteration of plebiscite pledge in a telegram to Liaqat Ali Khan of 3 November, 1947 **

“I wish to draw your attention to broadcast on Kashmir which l made last evening. have stated our Government’s policy and made it clear that we have no desire to impose our will on Kashmir but to leave final decision to people of Kashmir. l further stated that we have agreed on impartial international agency like United Nation’, supervising any referendum.”

It happens ... when you are faced with facts ..... this Shabir Chaudary or DR Shabir Chaudahry is the same **Director, Institute of Kashmir Affairs .. **check your report and check my link :D

India had all along called for plebiscite in Kashmir !!!!!! Pakistan refused to vacate the areas under its control .... infact the precondition for plebisicte is "removal " of Pakistani nationals from what is called Azad Kashmir" and also "complete" withdrawl of Pakisatni forces from Pakistanis held areas in Kashmir. Once that is achived plebiscite can take place......Perhaps you need to read about history then just catching glimpes of it on the internet .... i can can point you in the right direction to look for "facts"

OMG You have your own twisted version of the UN Resolution!

**Resolution 96 (1951) **
Concerning the India-Pakistan question adopted by the Security Council on
**10th November, 1951. **
**(Document No. 5/2392, dated the 10th November, 1951). **

THE SECURITY COUNCIL,
Having received and noted the report of Dr. Frank Graham, the United Nations Representative for
India and Pakistan, on his mission initiated by the Security Council resolution 91(1951) of 30
March, 1951, and having heard Dr. Graham’s address to the Council of 18 October, 1951.

Noting with approval the basis for a programme of demilitarisation which could be carried out in
conformity with the previous undertakings of the parties, put forward by the United Nations
Representative in his communication of 7 September, 1951, to the Prime Ministers of India and
Pakistan,

Notes with gratification the declared agreement of the two parties to those parties of Dr. Graham’s
proposals which reaffirm their determination to work for a peaceful settlement, their will to observe
the cease-fire agreement and their acceptance i)f the principle that the accession of the State of
Jammu and Kashmir should be determined by a free and impartial plebiscite under the auspices of
the United Nations;

  1. Instructs the United Nations Representative to continue his efforts to obtain agreement of the
    parties on a plan for effecting the demilitarisation of the State of Jammu and Kashmir;

  2. Calls upon the parties to co-operate with the United Nations Representative to lie fullest degree in
    his efforts to resolve the outstanding points of difference between them;

  3. Instructs the United Nations Representative to report to the Security Council his efforts, together
    with this views concerning the problems confided to him, not later than six weeks after this resolution
    comes into effect.

The Security Council voted on this Resolution on 10-11-51 with the following result:
In favour: Brazil, China, Ecuador, France, Netherlands, Turkey, U.K., U.S.A. and
Yugoslavia
Against, None

Let me indulge you for some time more .... so tell me what was this "demilitrarisation" of Jammu & kashmir that UN is talking about :D

Hmm lets see ----- oh I get it ----- KICK OUT INDIAN THUGS FROM KSHMIR???

So you read what is says … knew you won’t have the guts to post it :smiley:

Remember Sir Owen Dixon, chief UNCIP representative on Kashmir to the UN, “became convinced that India would not demilitarize to resolve the Kashmir issue”.

America and their stooges were helping Pakisatn all along ... in any case what he said is of no importance ... what the UNCIP resolutions are and what the security council says is of importance so again will refer back to UNCIP resolutions and to UNSC resolutions calling for Pakistani nationals to vacate Kashmir. Now you surely went back and saw what is written in UN resolutiona dn did not responf ro two days .... becuase you saw the reality ... whcih perhaps you were not aware of :D
