On humanitarian ground *he should be allowed to come to India for treatment and then go back to pakistan when he is out of danger. * Man is a fighter, i am optimistic that he will pull it through.

He was served justice. He was found guilty of the crimes of which he was accused, and as an act of mercy his death sentenced was commuted to life in prison.
Now, however, his murderers need to face the death penalty. They are already sentenced to death for killing other people.
Ironically, by killing Sarabjit in prison, they will probably prolong their own lives as they cannot be executed until tried for killing Sarabjit, appealing their new death sentences for killing Sarabjit in in the provincial court, and then appealing to the high court against being sentenced to death for killing Sarabjit.

Actually you didn't give attention to his medical report , His survival chances were very rare and if he could survive 95% chances were indicating for his rest of life as persistent vegetative state and full recovery chances less than 1% .

Sarabjit's death is, put simply, the killing of an indian citizen while in the custody of** pakistan** jail authorities. India has every right to involve international organizations. why do we always keep on doing stuff which malign our name internationally? hang him judicially and no one will care but no we like to do it in a way that everyone spits on our face!

it's easy to say "these things happen in jails" but there is a reason why india spent more than 50 crores on security for ajmal kasab instead of allowing him to get smashed with bricks and iron rods by fellow criminals.

Yes I am ignorant. Could you please explain why Pakistan was afraid to hang him for such a long time. Everybody knew that this was a high profile case and people were watching. Why wasnt adequate security provided. He was attacked by goons and no action is still forthcoming from the authorities even now. I can understand your indignation to face facts.

Actually, we found out recently that 2 other people (locals) who were arrested with him for helping him plant the bombs have already been hanged. The only reason he hasn't been hanged is b/c of his family doing drama on tv & our govt lacking balls b/c of that pressure. Its long over due. The victims of his terrorism deserve justice.

Can you confirm that nothing like this ever happened in Indian jails. No ayen bhaein shaein. He has been in jail for a long time and guess what he lived this long with no security provided to him.

It is amazing how Indians are defending this terrorist while they were celebrating the death of Kasab. Both were terrorist and it only shows hypocrisy of those who try to defend this terrorist and pray for his soul while celebrating the death of the other terrorist.

twitter alerts full of hatred against Pakistan... I fail to understand why double standards?? he was a terrorist and if the government didn't have delayed his hanging, he would've been dead long ago. had this happened to any Pakistani prisoner in Indian Jail, would they still say the same thing? I agree what happened was unfortunate but I really don't see how blaming Pakistan for his death is justified? Like above pointed out he lived this long without security and had no issues before. Also, since the occurrence of this incident Pakistan authorities have facilitated and provided assistance to his family, they were allowed to visit him as well as Indian diplomats. Doctor's had tried their best, it was not in his interest to shift him to any hospital outside Pakistan, as he was on ventilator and his condition was critical.
