Why not kill him once for all if you cannot provide him security. Kazab received top notch security and facilities, a civilized society has to be different.

Pakistan should release him right away so that proper care can be given to Saramjit Singh. The curses of his family will otherwise haunt Pakistan for a long time.
I think a channel who never miss a chance to promote aman ki aasha will be enough for proper care of sarbajit singh....:D

A pattern is emerging here. Pakistan is using its non-state actors to do what it wants to do. It started from 1948. Kargil it tried to send army regulars disguised as terrorists and then Mumbai attacks. To top it all it allows other countries to kill and maim its own citizens. After that came this fiasco. Pakistan should learn to stand up for itself rather than use non-state actors to do its bidding. These kind of cowardly attacks just shows Pakistan does not have the will to do the right thing.

He was attacked in a prison. This is common all over the world including India where 100s of people die in jails every year (read 2nd story). I can give you countless more examples. So, your point is what…beside crocodile tears for this guy? He should’ve been hanged when he lost his last appeal and his mercy petition was rejected by the president.

If Pakistan is convinced that he placed bombs to kill its own citizens, no mercy need to be shown. It is like asking mercy for Kasab.
You can cite numerous examples of murders in Indian jails. Here the situation is totally different. We have a citizen from an enemy country who has been accused of planting bombs in the native country. Any thinking person would understand that this guy was a sitting duck. That should have made the Pakistani government to increase the security for him. Instead they used the common criminals to do its bidding. Not surprising considering the history.

A pathetic reply showing support for a convicted terrorist who killed innocent people on the say so of its masters (read RAW and Indian govt). The same govt which sends terrorists in Baluchistan through its terrorist network in Afghanistan. When he recovers, he should be hanged as per law. No more lingering. Prolonging the execution of someone's sentence just multiplies the mental torture an inmate goes through.
The same treatment ought to be reserved for all persons found guilty of working for any foreign intelligence/country under any guise, as well as domestic troublemakers found guilty of acts of terrorism.

Actually, we found out recently that 2 other people (locals) who were arrested with him for helping him plant the bombs have already been hanged. The only reason he hasn't been hanged is b/c of his family doing drama on tv & our govt lacking balls b/c of that pressure. Its long over due. The victims of his terrorism deserve justice.

How about jailers and guards, any one held responsible?
On humanitarian ground he should be allowed to come to India for treatment and then go back to pakistan when he is out of danger.
