He was served justice. He was found guilty of the crimes of which he was accused, and as an act of mercy his death sentenced was commuted to life in prison.
Now, however, his murderers need to face the death penalty. They are already sentenced to death for killing other people.
Ironically, by killing Sarabjit in prison, they will probably prolong their own lives as they cannot be executed until tried for killing Sarabjit, appealing their new death sentences for killing Sarabjit in in the provincial court, and then appealing to the high court against being sentenced to death for killing Sarabjit.

Actually you didn’t give attention to his medical report , His survival chances were very rare and if he could survive 95% chances were indicating for his rest of life as persistent vegetative state and full recovery chances less than 1% .
