** Taiwanese bank to implement Flexcube ** MUMBAI: Taiwan’s largest private bank Chinatrust Commercial Bank (CTCB) will implement i-flex’s Flexcube universal banking solution as the software platform for its institutional banking business. The implementation is across CTCBs’ domestic and overseas branches, a release said here on Thursday.
So many countries are beginning to use this package made in India that it will soon become the #1 banking software package ! Good show! No wonder Oracle Elison paid premium bucks for his stake
This is more a sort of 'tit for tat' thread by those sentimental people who don't know how to ignore(or resond just once) all those threads which speak against their country(unfortunately so was I earlier). WHatever....i guess i should stay away from this pissing competition.
Dont know what this thread is doing in WA...should be somewhere at Computer and stuffs.
The point I wanted to make here was how India has succesfully begun the transition from services to products and how credibility is building for things Indian. If it was a discussion about the actual software or banking, yes it would have been elsewhere.
As Singh mention (albeit in a cynical been there done it way!) another reason is to counter the wrong impression that pakistani dragon is attempting create with his outright lies as titles in his threads about India
The difference is that PD is useless, his criticisms are useless (and senseless) and his self identity hinges on making fun (in his mind) of Hindustan.
Unfortunately Pakistani Dragon doesnt have much material to go with if he wanted to inflate his self ego through Pakistan's positives; because there recently has only been humiliation for his nation.
He has to do it now by trying (but failing, extremely badly) to bring the other guy down to his level of uselessness.
StirCrasy on the other hand will post information that brings out positives of India without having to bring down Pakistan.
Which makes complete sense because India has more and more to be proud of.
Iflex's flexcube is the 2nd largest banking software in the world. Most of Citibank,NA banks run on flexcube. Many banks in Africa ,Japan and some East European country run on flexcube. Flexcube has been one of very few successful product to come out of India's IT companies which is still largely a service based industry.
After aquisitiion of i-Flex by Oracle, it has gotten more muscle power in his sales organization and is gainign more marketshare. I am proud to have worked for Iflex 6-7 years back.
