So now rail and road network should not be built because it’s a tool of exploitataion.. I guess this is why POK is still stuck in medievela times .. let those poor souls get exploited let us keep them in dark ages..
I guess for same reaon you have no road rail network worth any mention in baluchistan too.. Marvellous way of stoppping exploiatation.. for some reason same rule doesn;t apply in punjab there road network and rail netwrok are welcome..
