I think Bal Thackeray is getting senile as the days pass by.
He is trying to scare Muslims with these kind of remarks.
His"Hindu Supremacy Agenda" can’t be ignored and it should not be at the expense of Muslims either.

New Delhi: A highly controversial politician from Maharashtra state, Bal Thackeray, has said Hindus need to form a ‘suicide squad’ to fight ‘Islamic terrorism’.
“The threat of Islamic terror in India is rising. It is time to counter the same with Hindu terror. Hindu suicide squads should be readied to ensure existence of Hindu society and to protect the nation,” said Thackeray (pictured), the chief of Maharashtra-based political party Shiv Sena (Army of Shivaji, founder of the Maratha empire in western India in the 17th century), in an editorial published in the latest issue of party mouthpiece Saamna.
The Thackeray’s statement came in response to the arrest of two extremists of Hindutva (Hindu nationalism) groups on June 16 in connection with a case related to a bomb blast in a theatre in Maharashtra’s Thane district. At least seven people were injured in the attack.
“It was heartening to know that it was the supporters of Hindutva who had exploded the bomb in the theatre. But it was sad to know that it was planted to hurt the Hindus and I am ashamed about it,” Thackeray wrote.
Hindutva groups are known for attacking clergy and members of the Muslim and Christian minority communities in several parts of the country.
Many political parties, including the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), an ally of the Shiv Sena, denounced the call for the creation of ‘Hindu suicide squads’.
Political analysts see Thackeray’s move as an attempt to divide the voters along religious lines. The state assembly elections are due in Maharashtra next year.
Thackeray, along with Maharashtra Navnirman Sena party - led by his nephew Raj Thackeray, has also been leading a campaign against north-Indian migrants in the state. The Thackerays have reportedly launched several violent attacks on north-Indians living in Mumbai, Maharashtra’s capital.
Maharashtra has been hostile to Muslims - and north Indians - for more than a decade.
Mumbai, formerly known as Bombay, witnessed a large-scale violence involving Hindus and Muslims in December 1992 and January 1993, in which at least 900 people died. It is widely believed that the Shiv Sena incited the violence. In 1995, a Bollywood filmmaker made a feature film on the violence, ‘Bombay’.
The bloodbath in Mumbai followed demolition of a 17th century mosque, Babri Masjid, in Uttar Pradesh state’s Ayodhya city on December 6, 1992. The mosque was allegedly destroyed by supporters of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP or World Hindu Council) after the BJP launched a campaign to build a temple of Hindu god Rama where the mosque stands. The BJP claims that a Muslim king demolished a temple of Rama to build the mosque.
Muslims constitute 10.6 per cent of the total population of Maharashtra, home to more than 96 million people. Nearly 80 per cent of the people in the state is Hindu.
