I am getting freaking tired of Indian TV media and their obsession with worldcup.
Other day, there was 2 hour program ‘15 Sitare and Worldcup’ on one channel. There was one reportes stationed at cities from where all 1 players belong.They were in same gali where they live. I thought they would be talking to players. But no they were talking about all lafari guys of that gali. In some case they were talking to street vendor in the same gali where particular cricket used to eat puchka(GolGappa) when he was a struggler. In other case they were talking to a guy with whom a particular cricketer played his under-19 cricket. Then they showed a Qawwal in Munaf Patel village who was singing ‘Munna(Munaf) worldcup jeet le lana re’..
Now..today it went to extreme… In one channel they were tracking British Airways flight from Bombay to London and they were discussing where the flight was at that point in time( It was somewhere above Turkey ) . When I navigated to that channel I was wondering why they are showing this flight on a big Globe. My first impression was may be some kidanpping has happened and since my parents are traveling on BA in 2 days I got worried. Then I realized those asshole were talking about Indian team. How and when they will reach London and then how will take another flight to Jamaica.
This is drivign me Mad… Every Idiot is an expert on TV. All failed cricketer are appearing on one channel or another. Even some pakistani cricketers are busy making money. Like Sarfraz and Qadir. Then there are tonnes of mediocre Indian cricketter on all channels. Like Chetan Sharma, Maninder Singh, Chetan Chauhan, Madan Lal(This dude cant even speak Hindi), Ashok Malhotra, Kirti Azad and Yashpal Sharma..

I know even i am sick and tired of this - on one side we get to see our dead media only telling same ol stories about bomb idher phata musharraf nay yeh kaha and on the other side i see cricket cricket cricket by the indians - itnay obsessed hai poora din they showed this farewell to them thingie - jaisay kay jung dikha rahay hai ;S these people make stupid songs and then they show it on television, mama kay baytay kay bhanjay ki biwi kay bacho kay nana kay dada ki ma kay doosray aba ki amma ki mosi ka chacha ki sautan kay bachon kay interviews as well :S

but for some reason something tells me they might win seeing all the roar in india and the cricketers claiming how well prepared they are and there can be match fixing as well, pata nahi ho sakta hai and then hamaray log toh team bhi nahi select kar payeh thay sahi say last moment tak ;S
Even Indians are sick of this. One of my friend who reside in Goa, place where cricket is not one of the craziest sport, informed me that his family shut down the TV except foreign channels. Most of the indian channels have switched from movies, soaps to cricket shows.
yeah its cuz paki media has nuthin 2 say for past couple of years except, dope scandal, shoib's fake injury, shoib slapping woolmer, some cricketer caught doing drugs, afridi's pitch tempering caught live on tape, ball tampering, chucking of shoib and asif. it seems like u pakis r really sick and tired of this shet
