I agree with your point. I don't say that Sanjay shouldn't be punished but only that some consideration and some concession should have been given because his parents did great work to promote religious harmony in the country. Sunil Dutt also raised lot of money for cancer hospital and did lot of social work. His offspring shouldn't have been treated like a normal criminal. I feel so sad today.
I'm just wondering if Sanjubaba loved and valued what his parents have done for promoting religious harmony, why was Sanjay in the company of and supporting terrorists who were against peace and harmony of all religions?
It doesn't make any sense.
This isn't munnabhai being put in jail it's Sanjay Dutt, He only has 4 years to serve anyway and i'm sure with his parents' influence(corruption at it's best) they'll get it down to less than 1 yrs.

Brother love, because Dubai is so close to india, & this is the second home of Seth Dawood, I would suggest die hard lovers of Sanju baba, to calm down. He will come out in a year. He has been Xtremely good with Muslims, considering the fact that he had a Muslim mom. His dad, buried her, & did not even burn her according to hindu rituals.
The case has too much media focus, & the hard core xtremist hindus, wanted him to be jailed. All becoz he has associations with the big Don Seth Dawood. This coupled with the fact, that he is good with Muslims, just pisses the crap out of hard core xtremist hindus anyday.
I love him a lot, for his work, for his dedication, & his will power to fight back, each & every time, he has been in trouble.

Dude, I have never been sympathetic or felt any hatred towards him. The media churns out bull$hit, & makes us believe what mainstream hindus in the power want. Have u ever met him, or even seen or even observed what he has done...??? Where were ur terrorism rants when Muslims were being massacred, burnt alive & raped in front of their fathers. At that time, all these pigs suddenly become holy angels, defenders of country against Muslim terrorists...I dont think of seth D as a Muslim, but as a person who definitely has the power to rattle the a$$ of the hindu xtremists terrorists, who torture, & try to crush Islam.

When parents do hard work and earn good money then their children always benefit by having more comfortable life even though they have not earned that money. Similarly **when parents do very good noble social work then some consideration should be given to their offspring **while awarding punishment.

Why a ghareeb should be jailed to steal a piece of bread for his hungry family, where these celebreties enjoy easy escapes from any kind of situations. Be it Sallu who killed a person with his car while driving drunk or Sanju. Justice should be equal for Pandu and Panday Saab. Period!

I do want to see all the extremist Hindus and Muslims burn in hell for what they have done to innocent muslims/hindus, but you would never see me supporting seth D. just because he pisses off fanatic hindus and I see him and others like him as nothing more than disturbed "humans" who need to burn in the firey pits of Hell for giving good muslims a bad name and giving nonmuslims another reason to brand all muslims as terrorists.

Yep, I agree. He needs to be shown the light of some common sense and a concience.
He is nothing but an extremely foolish man with a criminal bent who happens to be a big movie star. That he has undergone 14 years of worry about his fate is not too bad. He should consider instead the mental agony of those who lost loved ones in bomb blasts carried out by the people Sanju associated with. Dont forget that he seems to have associated with them not just after the bomb blast but continued to communicate with them and ask for favors for years afterwards (phone calls recorded by intellegence, transcripts leaked to papers).
His parents were genuinely good people but thier wisdom does not seem to have rubbed off on him. What an idiot. He deserves all that he got.
Hopefully 6 years minus 14 months is a long enough time for him to reflect on what an criminal supporting idiot he has shown himself to be.
I am happy that the indian justice system works... sloppily but it works.

Indian justice would be truly praise worthy when criminals like Thakre, Advani, Tagodia, Uma Bharti and Singhal are behind bars. Will it ever happen?
