Re: Indian Justice
The recent judgements suggest that indian justice is tilted heavily on punishment and there is not much room for pardon. The punishment meted out to Sanjay Dutt is extremely disappointing. Our system of justice is so inflexible that all the good noble work of his parents have no bearing on the judgement.
kewn bhai? In which world do you see justice system being sypathetic towards someone whose parents were good. Even if Sanjay had done good deeds in past still he should be punished for any crime committed, if court of law says it was a crime and he is proven to be guilty party then he should be punished.
NOTE: I don't know details of his crimes/case.
