HindustanTimes-Print

Just emailed the guy with this:

Do they not have the budget for basic fact checking over at Hindustan Times?

Re: Indian Journalism

From where to where they connect dots... unbelievable. I sent some words of my own.

Re: Indian Journalism

I think its the same Hindustan Times which made a leading story of Manmohan "**Summons" *ISI Spy Chief. After that there is a strong resistance from Pakistan Armed Forces specially when ARYOne anchor person asked General. Athar Abbas of ISPR when Gen. Shuja Pasha,DG ISI will leave for india. He replied.' *We will see** 'when the orders of PM will come. So foolish PM Gilani and Zardari have to pay price for taking Panga against Armed Forces and offering india everything probably thier clothes also if they will demand !

Zardari, Gilani or even common Pakistani all have nothing to loose if relations with India improve .... but Army has everything to loose .... improved relation with India and a better understand with the " enemy" means it gives them lesser levarage to topple the civilian government.

Funny that there is no statement from the foreign ministery of Pakistan or any other civilian entity about this threating phone call. It seems the military "sources" get these calls whenever it is convinient for them to get it ......

Is is true that ISI won't listen to president zardari as was said by F.M of pakistan i.e they have dropped da plan to send chief of ISI. can any one tell me what is the role and relationship of ISI with present govt of pak?

Re: Indian Journalism

Look all people, Pakistan is not a provincial state of India that they use words like Manmohan summons ISI chief. Neither we are Bhutan,Nepal or Bangla Desh.We want peace but not like someone start giving us orders !

Take is easy birdy ..... i think the bloggers have proved beyond reasonable doubt that MM did not "summon" the ISI chief ... it was a " request" ..... it is ok ... you dont have to justify the actions or inactions of the leadership .... move on .... :biggthumb

I am not sure if India only requested ISI chief but Pakistan did agree to send a representative from the agency.
