India also has close ties to Iran's biggest enemy. Are they not stupid enough to keep that in mind aswell?

By voting against Iran, India has proved that it is not ready to take the role of a ‘regional power’ or any other sort of power. Take a look at China & Russia - both are big powers, and both refrained from voting, thus proving that they are able to do things against others. India on the other hand, being a long friend of Iran, under a little pressure by America decided to vote against Iran, proving its incapability of being a power.

Having a pipeline go through Pakistan, can be dangerous for India in wartimes, because Pakistan could easily sabotage it. Besides, this deal is only worth $7billion. China signed an LNG deal with Iran worth $200billion (over 25years I think). I wouldn’t be surprised if Iran, later on, cancelled this deal with India.

By the way, Iran was furious at India when they voted against Iran.

hahahah…the number 1 concept that defines a leader is the ability to make principled decisions. Good for India. This shows a leadership that is willing to make hard choices… Iran has more to lose than gain by losing India in the long run.
