India will be a permanent member of the Security Council, preferably with Pakistan on board by giving some incentives…at the end, if Pakistan doesn’t come on board, it will happen anyways. it’s in the interest of Pakistan** to see a neighbor in the Security Council **ad work harder to get in the elite club sometimes in the future.

a neighbor who spills water or blocks it through dams, a neighbor who continues to commit excesses in disputed region… what do you think India will do as SC member if by any chance resolution about Kashmir is presented in UN?
