**India’s cricket board has suspended IPL chief Lalit Modi over corruption allegations in the worst scandal to hit the Indian game this century.**The head of the Indian Premier League faces the sack when the board (the BBCI) begins a series of meetings on his fate on Monday.
Mr Modi, who is being investigated by tax officials, denies all allegations of wrongdoing made against him.
