nice. yeh some of these are not streaming on my winamp and its the fault of the new uploader crap.
You are very right bout the 16KHz encoding. Also there is a folder created by the new upblunder thingie called GSAG. And its wasting ur disk space as well. Be aware of that and remove the songs that get added there. :D
YES the REHRI is up and serving the mass public.
