If a Muslim murders a non-Muslim in Saudi Arabia, will he get the same punishment? I doubt if law is same for all in a religio-racist system.
One should obey the law of a country. Such words sound very sensible. But in India the Muslim community opposes any interference of common civil code in their personal Islamic sharya laws. (Off course only in civil matters.)
In criminal matters they do not demand the implementation of Sharya and love the Indian panels.
