Its authenticity at best is equal to the Taliban Spokesperson's statements. Exaggerated and not based on logic or fact.

Interfering and conducing operations across the LOC with boots on the ground are two different things. And that is what the Hindustan Times implies which is improbable.
Pakistan terrorist attacks are directly linked with our link with the US actions in Afghanistan. Not with India. Balochistan however has significant Indian involvement I agree.

Let's put it this way even our ISI also part of Pakistan Army, so any covert operation done by ISI would be considered by PA.

So what is the news here? I thought we all knew that Pakistani secret agents infiltrate into India for covert missions and the Indians do the same. All hostile countries do this against each other. Even our school PT Instructor (a retired army man) used to tell us how Pakistani secret agents go to India, live their as beggars, shopkeepers for decades and then carry out covert missions there.

Covert operation by military led agencies is norm on the both side of border, just recently Indian accuse Pakistan SSG killing 6 of its soldiers.
What at is more important do they were unable to execute any hot persuit operation on Pakistani territory.

in the 80s raw agents got caught red handed setting off bombs, then zardari and nawaz sharif freed them, when the terrorist cross LOC, they admitted they were terrorist and got state funerals when they died.
Yet Liberals in Pakistan keep telling us to disarm and trust india. India like any other super power wannabe doesnt respect weakness. Indias greatest infiltration is in the Media,even the supreme court is run by liberal fascists and Islamist who both hate the army

A country becomes super power by the quality of human resource it has, both India and Pakistan will remain what they are, I thank that it is good that Obama is most powerful person of the world, what if any of our PMs would have been, most powerful person of the world, god knows what damage they would have brought :scary:

Most probably financing 'maut ke saudagar'. They know how Pakistanis are stupid region is their weakness. Indians would love to strike where they see such kind of softness for Islam propagated by maut ke saudagar.

We also called it terrorist but does not have gut to point finger to them. But actually bother side knows who does what to other.
It is spy verses spy and terrorist against terrorist, both agencies are using proxies, Pakistan was using Jehidies to bleed India with so called "DEATH BY 1000S CUTS" doctrine which worked agains Russian (because the world generally with us).
Now we are receiving end of "1000 cuts", not thanks for stupid generals (inducing Zia and Musharraf who put her hear without realizing impact on our society at large.
India also fought covert wars in east Pakistan and sri Lanka, but did well only allow and use indigenous or peoples from target area to participate in combat operation does not allow their own civilian population to get involve.
In our case we supported afghans and Kashmir, but allow our own population of get involve in gorilla war for behalf of Kashmirs resulting effecting our social fabric, it seems are irrevocable damage already been done.
