I think he is scared that last day wicket might turn and he doesnt wana play Harbhajan.I dont see ny rational behind his decision other than this.

The reason Hooper didnt enforce the follow on is because he didnt wanted to bat last as the pitch is breaking up. I think he made the correct decision. Alead of 300/350 and India will find the going extremely difficult.
At the moment it looks like Windies match. Currently Windies lead by 268 runs.

Agreed..But I think anything less than 400 will be achievable...his bet might backfire...

It is only the third day and how can you say it will be a draw, unless weather intervenes there will definitely be a result with Windies favourite to win at the moment.

I think india can post a total of 400 its not immpossible they have done that in recent test matches and not to forget they have 2 days to accomplish the 400 hundered target.
Rahul dravid,Tendulkar,laxman,and ganguly all are capable of having a big score and with 180 overs in hand I think its achievable..

There is a huge difference from making 400 in the first inning to making 400 in the 2nd inning.
Keep the pitch condition in mind as well, Hooper has made an excellent decision, even its day 3 and pitch has got alot of turn making hard for the batsman, just imagine day 4.
I won't be surprised if this match ends in day 4, with Dillon looking in great form.
Windies batsman just going for big shots rather than defensive play like 1st inning, the run rate is preety healthy.
I still thought Windies should have batted sensibly and declared at day 4 and give a lead of atleast 450 but now their wickets are falling fast.
Great bowling by Khan, he is taking the advantage of Windies hitting every ball for runs and taking wickets and nice rate.
