It was both the ICC Referee (Jeff Crowe) and Sangakarra’s fault.
You could see that Dhoni was not happy and was having a word with Crowe afterwards.
Sangakarra should have told Crowe that he had lost the toss. Instead he was pretending as if he was confused as well.
I consider Sri Lankans as the good boys of cricket…but Sangakarra is an exception…he gets on my nerves.
