India definitely are the favorites for the finals. But one cannot discount SL - they are a real threat to our dream of lifting the WC for a second time.

its going to be one hell of a match! srilankans have had an awesome last couple of matches which must have them pumped up, while india is still not 100%..

India are more likely to choke than SL. Both have strong batting and SL edge it with the bowling.

India has had a lot more tight games and come out the winner. So if the game gets to be a nail biter, India definitely have the edge as far as handling pressure is concerned.

Sorry Aaliya…my enthusiasm will be a little lower…but still i believe SL deserve to win since they are a much more balanced side.

However, given todays semifinal, team India is a very strong contender…lets see.

Sri Lanka will challenge India on April 2. Sri Lanka’s top three batsmen have performed superbly in last few games and they seem to be in good touch unlike Pakistan’s shaky butterfingers. Lanka’s bowling attack is also very lethal with Murli, Mendis and specially with Malinga in the team. If Malinga was in the group game against Pakistan, it would have impacted immensely too.

So Sri Lanka is likely to rattle the Indian nerves, but India has a good chance of winning it too. (Although they still can not go to 400, 500 and 600 mark)

As expected I will be rooting for
