Thats not the point...Pak, Ind and SL...were through to the next round no matter what. So it is defn not abt the minnows.
The thing is...why does India manage to end up with 12 points, after winning two games and 1 bonus point, and Pak ends up with 11 points, having won 2 matches and 1 bonus point.
This system is seriously flawed.
