Wht the hell is our army what do they know abt WAPDA.. they are tought to hold a gun and kill or get killed they are not tought how to distribute energy.. The army ppl doesnt know any thing.. WAPDA isnt corrupt but the ppl who own big business are.. they dont pay for the energy that wapda supply them and when any engineer or some one else from wapda tries to do something abt them they call their connections .. Nawaz sharif or some other stupid ppl and either those engineer are transfered to other places or they are told to shut up, by their higher athorities..
the power that army has if that kind of power is given to our engineers wapda would be much better... Army seems effective because they have the gun and they dont have to answer any authorities.. as a matter effect they are the authorities. Army rules our countries and have all the privilages which are spose to be given to our ppl.

let me tell you one thing. ARMY has many departments, except for the non technical all depts personals are involved in heavy technical training of computers, and hi tech arms. dont forget, Army sets its own colonies, supply system, hi-tech communication, radars, computer systems , spying system. and even remote. Army is very advanced. so just dont claim that army dosnt know any thing.
as far as corruptancy of WAPDA is concerned, then my brather. aap kiya mareeekh per rehte ho ? like how can a businessmen not pay a bill, if he dosnt pay bribe to some wapda person, and 2 no kaam hota rahay. every one is corrupt my dear. I know my neighbour is a karoore patti insaan , because of WAPDA.. us ke pay to 25 hazar bhi nahin thi. BY the he was a ENGINEER . lol ive a personal interaction with a damn corrupt engineer.. my dear stop livin in fantasies.
and heigher authorities in pakistan are always corrupt.. lol whom ever govt it is..

dude u are talkin like u know every thing but the truth is u havent seen the faces of those army officials who come to wapda's offices every day and just sit like a bunch of ediots cause they dont knw any thing. do u think they would do better than a 15 yrs old experience engineer. it is true that many engineers are also corrupt but the answer isnt army..and what guarantee do u have that the army officer isnt corrup.. and as far as big business man are concerned they just have to pay 200 rupee to a meter reader and he does every thing.. then if engineer tries to do any thing to that meter reader he brings his union and start threatening the engineer.. and do u even know how low the pay of Wapda officers is.. and someone like a meter reader has to take money to survive in Pakistan...
