Seriously though, (from what I read) the Irish team is missing as many as 5 of their front-line players from the World Cup due to injury and unavailability issues. So, it is a good chance for Tendulkar to open and get One Century closer to his target of 500 “fair-weather” centuries.

I have not watched the match...but it looks like apart from Piyush Chawla - no other Indian bowler created any big impact.
Infact the only two players of substance in the Irish side - NJ O'Brien & Johnston - both made decent runs. Doesn't augur well for Indian bowling.
