GtG: u should be able to use the names and addresses of family friends, along with the proper proof etc. such as the wedding invitations - u'll need to apply for the visa on a pakistani passport...and it takes "several months" to actually get the visa processed, so do keep that in mind!
The visa procedure will still be the same otherwise...the visa folks will go around to the contacts listed on ur visa application, to verify that they know u/have invited u for the wedding etc...
Oh and 1 more thing...u have to declare a port of entry as well on the visa application, and u CANNOT change that under any circumstances...so make sure u decide before hand if u'll be flying, or going by road...i recall just 3 ports of entry on the application - attari, delhi and mumbai...
